Fractal diffusion-reaction model for a porous electrode

Fractal modifications of Fick?s laws are discussed by taking into account the electrode?s porous structure, and a fractal derivative model for diffusion-reaction process in thin film an amperometric enzymatic reaction is established. Particular attention paid to giving intuitive grasp its variational principle solution procedure. Extremely fast or extremely slow diffusion can be achieved suitable control surface morphology, sponge-like leads diffusion, while lotus-leaf-like uneven predicts process. This paper sheds bright light on optimal design morphology.
